LISTENING to your favourite music for at least 30 minutes a day can improve heart health and promote lower cholesterol levels.Researchers at the Centre for Preventive Cardiology at Maryland University found that listening to one’s favourite tunes helped clear blood vessels.The study of non-smoking men and women with an average age of 36 found that the diameter of blood vessels in the upper arm expanded by 26 per cent when they listened to music they found enjoyable.The expansion indicated that nitric oxide was released throughout the body, reducing clots and LDL (low-density lipoprotein), a form of cholesterol linked to heart attacks.The researchers, however, warned that listening to stressful music (which included heavy metal and rap) can shrink blood vessels by six per cent — the same effect as eating a large hamburger.Scientists have found that songs by Red Hot Chili Peppers and Madonna can improve endurance, while 18th-century symphonies can improve mental focus.

adoi...aku baru dari survive dari satu "setengah hari" yang boring nak mampus..seyes.....pas iswandi balik rumah b4 lunch, aku stranded kat rumah ni sorg2...itulah bile sorg2, mcm2 lah yg aku pikir...resolusi lah, mase depan lah...dlm mimpi aku..ya2...tidur..ya honestly, pretty much i didnt do anything cool after last night, instead of playing smackdown vs raw over n over again...considering that i might be having mental block, i stop playing it coz my mind is like (~~~~~~~~....~~~~~~~~)..dont know what to say...abah called me during the interval, saying that angah had his first driving lesson with him...and almost the same that i had with him last year..it's just that, he got to do it way earlier than me...of course bcoz of that plkn thing, halted lots of my plan...but as i said, u get sumthing that other people dont..neways, abah said sumthing about "lpas clutct awal sgt, pastu kete reverse ke belakang..",sumthing like that...ya2...normal lah ngah...along dulu lagi best kowt, siap lunggah pokok limau dkat skolah matang jaya dulu tu...tapi itu first n the last lah tentang bab2 melanggar..pas tu series of lambat masuk n mati enjin lah...hahahaha...

hellow....yes2...aku br blik dari weekend kat selayang..ya, for sure it is an amazing one....every weekend is a good one for me...haha, neways...i spent most of the time with my family, n had some difficulties in watching man utd match...ya2....man utd won by 1-0 to the resilliant stoke....tevez is the eventual winner 7 minutes from time...n guess what...kat kedai aku g tu ( aku kene g kedai makan coz pakandak aku x amik sport...), bile man utd score, aku sorg je jerit kuat2...kwn2 aku tau camne aku jerit kan..haha...yg peliknye, kedai sebelah lagi bising..siap shisha...haha...aku x kisah pun..yg penting man u score..haha..

hari ni, dh start program plkn siri 6..n hari ni, mengundang byk kenangan dlm hidup aku...time g plkn, mcm2 aku rase..tapi aku x lah nangis2 cam org lain...control cool, coz org igt aku jurulatih fizikal....coz bdn same mcm sarjan kamson...haha..sori jen...neways, aku dulu kem kat sematan...the best kem in malaysia..(seperti ape yg org lain rase terhadap kem diorang...)...mcm2 modul aku ikut...yg mmg bagus2...mmg mule2 rase cam syial jerk...coz aku igt xde pekdah aku rs lagi ramai org yg lbih layak g plkn ni dari aku...coz diorg hbskan duit je antar aku..haha, tapi bile aku dah pegi...seriously...baru aku faham maksud kesamarataan...bile sume kaum di botakkan kepala, aku rs kite sume same...xde yg beze..baik kau cina, melayu, india, iban, dayak..dan lain2...itu yg aku suke plkn ni...n one thing, kerjasama...bile bilik kau kotor, same2 lah kau bersihkan...satu ketul mee yg tumpah tu 8-9 org kutip same2....walau pun perit, byk bende yg aku belajar...cikgu kompeni aku lah, org panggil SM..jgn tanye aku knape....hahaha....die mmg kuat jerit...komando laut..tapi nk hbs plkn, die jadi cool smacam..although die still jerit "wira!!!!!!!"...tu dah jadi intipati..haha...bende plg aku x dpt lupe plkn ni, bile org buat lari berhalangan...aku nak buat, kwn2 aku yg sejenis ngan aku ( aku lagi tough diorg cakap) x nak buat..tapi aku berkeras nak buat...diorang x suruh gak..haha, tapi aku degil...although aku buat sampai jatuh dari monkey bar tu..peduli ape aku...aku dpt sumthing very valuable dari situ...one more thing, diorg x expect aku dpt push up and bangkit tubi yg aku buat dgn enteng tu...(berpeluh gakl ah..haha...), aku suke org under estimate kite at the first glance, but then they'll know that we can do lot better than what they hypothesised..haha...argh...aku suke plkn ni, sbab tu aku tulis x igt dunia...kalau korg nk tau, korg g lah...coz korg kalau pegi, korg dpt values yg korg x kan dpt kalau duduk rumah or g keje time cuti...hmm..itu pendapat aku lah..k?Kem Putra Sentosa, aku akan sentiasa igt ape yg kau bagi kat aku untuk jadi a better man...huhu...

Man United match report

Ten-man Manchester United have won the FIFA Club World Cup, thanks to Wayne Rooney's 73rd minute goal over Liga de Quito in Yokohama.

However that fails to tell the story of an entertaining final, which saw Nemanja Vidic dismissed four minutes after the interval for an elbow on Claudio Bieler.

United were given a wake-up call as early as the fourth minute. Patrice Evra fouled Bieler on the edge of the penalty area and the resulting free-kick from Alejandro Manso almost caught United napping, with Jairo Campos unable to divert the ball past Edwin van der Sar from close range.

Save for a few long-range efforts from Bieler and Luis Bolanos, which whizzed wide of the United No1's right hand post, the first half was dominated by the Red Devils who were unlucky not to be ahead at the interval.

Their first chance came after ten minutes when Nemanja Vidic's long ball was well controlled by Rooney, who unleashed a ferocious volley which Jose Cevallos was forced to push away at full stretch. The England international also tested the keeper five minutes later when his low strike was turned behind for a corner.

Cevallos was in fine form and pulled off an outstanding save to deny Carlos Tevez whose header from Cristiano Ronaldo's cross seemed to be destined for the net. An audacious lob from Rooney hit the roof of the net, rather than the target and Park Ji-Sung should have at least tested the keeper when he was presented with an opportunity from close range.

Rooney, Carrick and Tevez all had chances from distance which went wide - and on the stroke of half-time, United went close again when Cristiano Ronaldo's cross from the right was hit wide.

The dynamics of the game change completely at the beginning of the second half when Vidic was sent off. The Serbian fouled Bieler just inside the United half and then elbowed him in the face. Referee Ravshan Irmatov had a full view of the incident and had no hesitation in brandishing the red card.

Tevez was sacrificed for Jonny Evans as Sir Alex Ferguson reshuffled, but despite the numerical disadvantage, United still played positively. Rooney forced Cevallos into two comfortable saves, but if the end product was lacking - the intent was admirable.

Liga de Quito's first shot on goal came in the 65th minute when a 25-yard thunderbolt from Manso was palmed away by van der Sar. It was a world-class save from the Dutchman, who at 38-years-old must still be rated as one of the finest goalkeepers in the world.

Rooney finally broke the deadlock in the 73rd minute with a fine goal. Michael Carrick slipped the ball to Cristiano Ronaldo who spotted and found the striker lurking to his left. He made no mistake, firing a low shot across the body of Cevallos and inside the far post.

As expected, the goal provoked a deluge of pressure from Liga de Quito - and once again van der Sar pulled off a truly outstanding save to deny Manso. The Argentinian must have thought he had equalised when his right-footed screamer was heading on target, but once again, he sprung at full stretch to tip the ball over.

That proved to be the last action of an entertaining match in a year which has seen Manchester United crowned champions of England, champions of Europe and champions of the world.

this weekend was a thriller..although i spent less time with my family..my father picked me up at about 5 pm, and arrived at n.9 bout 9 pm..blk, aku ape lagi..melantak ps3 lah..haha..

tadi, we went to senawang to look for some houses...n my father managed to snatch one house...very beautiful...(bunyi aku cakap mcm org beli kasut x...haha...)
the house is in senawang...fully guarded by securities and cctvs..i mean the whole Taman is protected..there are also swimming pools, gardens, etc...hihi...

huhu...guys, Man Utd has been drawn against Internazionale for the last 16 of the champions league..the first leg of the tie will be at san siro, which for the last two years has not been a good venue for man utd..the good thing is the 2nd leg will be held at old trafford...coz it's the rule of the competition...im guessing that lots of good teams will be out of the competition when it enter the last 8 phase...the full fixtures of who meets who:

good morning Malaysia!!wonder why i feel so happy today...hehe, yap2..yesterday ive done my test 1 for both phyf n chemistry...actually, i dont like people asking how was the test, bcoz what i said is actually differs from what i experienced during the test...i prefer not to talk about the test, my marks will do it for me...get it?neways, yesterday's tests are ok...not so hard to not answer...hahahaha...chemistry was fantastic, except for the objective part...ya2, way back to my school time, the Mcq's really put the sweat out of me....although, i did some revision on the HISTORical side of chemistry...Dalton, rutherford, chadwick...talking about chadwick, he reminds me to luke chadwick, former Man Utd player...haha, he didnt perform well though...neways, moving on to phyf, hehehe....i prefer to keep my mouth shout coz telling everything in this blog will jeopardize me n the rest of my colleagues...hehe...

hallu guys...today, im feeling gigantically-happy...i know it sounds very noob but who cares, i just cant think of any words that suits my feeling right now....

hepi sbab ape???haa, tu yg kite x tau...im just glad that my wednesday routine has ended...although, ill be facing the same wednesday next week, the coming weeks...whatever, i dont really like wednesday this semester....bcoz my classes are like continouous from 6 am till 4 pm....and no break between this range...(although usually i managed to sneak 1 hour after physics lab)...that's why me, haziq, n arip will try our best to finish the experiment way b4 time...if not ( kalau x...hahaha) we wont even have time to perform zohor prayer..mkn ape lagi...hahahaha...after physics lab, we'll be having chem tutor with prof...and i remind u that b4 each tutor, everyone is like kelam kabut finishing their tutorial questions...so do I...haha...beselah remaja...wakaka...

neways today, we did some revision on chapters that will be asked during chem test later this friday..that's why we entered the class a bit calm...hehe..u know why...

man united is facing gamba osaka for the club world cup semi final...i hope that they will do well in the match...if they get through, their next oponent will be the one of the two teams competing in the other semi...they are ~~~~ and ~~~~...aku x igt lak..tapi satu from mexico and 1 from argentina kowt...where is sao paolo, river plate then...i guess that they are way too strong for their compatriot from the otha south american continents...be reminded that man u is the first club to secure the cup...liverpool came close to snatch it but due to refreeing error, 3 goals disallowed, they lost to sao paolo...hmmmm...who cares, aku x minat liverpool pun...hehe...and the last time man u secure the title is way back to 99...

Update...

recently...

hmmm..where should i start...its been a while since i update my blog..
honestly, now im kinda bz with tests 1...sdar x sdar, it's almost one month kowt in my 2nd sem...
or less, or more..x taulah..
what should i say...everything is more susah...of course they are...it has to be susah...dh name pun uni kan..
just finished my calculus test 1 at library...started at about 5 pm, and i finished everything 10 minutes b4 time...(without checking whatsoever..and not forgetting, the questions that i left for further investigations...)
hehe...next week, there will be physics n chemistry tests coming up...on friday...yap2..
on the same day...kalau pjk ngan physics in one day dpt gak aku accept..
ni 2-2 core subjects...hughhh...i prefer they conduct the tests distinctively..so.......aku dpt focus byk lagi...hahaha...ape2 pun, itulah life...haha..


honestly, i miss the uniten bus service that ive been using all this while...why?coz now i seldom use them as i 'tumpang' my fren's car....so good of them...anyways, i'll try my best to wait for the bus on the morning...coz they ( referred to bunch of busses that have offered their services..) are damn slow...hahaha..

all this while, every weekend i went back to n.9 coz my family is there..excluding abah..he is at kuching...hehe...miss him..this week, im not going back..coz the calculus test finished at 6.20 pm....even if i take ktm to seremban...there will be no united bus operating at night...although thare are lots of express buses waiting...i dont want to use the new-sophisticated bus...i prefer the united bus coz it reminds me to lots of memories...ive been using them since my childhood time...my favourite spot...,,bahau..hehe...secondly, the bus is red in colour...looks very appealing though, n also represents my favourite team...manchester united..hehe...thirdly, the bus stops in front of my nenek's house at kampung...hehe...neways, next week ill be going back to kg ..abah will pick me up on saturday...they (excluding me) wanna attend the Passing out ceremony at MTD....my lovely bro ZUlfuadi graduates from MTD...sadly, i wont make it bcoz on that day, i'll finish my class at 1 pm..by that time, org pun dh balik dari ceremony...neways, im congratulating him for surviving his hard times there...x pyh lah aku ckp ape...korg phm2 lah...hehe..

lastly...aku syg korg sume...hehe...chill out...
